Advise senior leadership on deal rationale, valuation, risk, and strategic fit

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience
Significant experience in progressively senior M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory roles
Demonstrated experience executing transactions across multiple stages of the M&A lifecycle
Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
