Tradewind Services is hiring a Senior Manager, Operations Program Management to lead the EDI team, serve as the order-to-cash subject matter expert, and help build Sales Operations. The role connects Operations with brand and Sales leadership while driving compliance, reporting, and system improvements.
What you’ll do
Lead the EDI team and manage order-to-cash processing
Develop and scale Sales Operations programs
Monitor retailer compliance and resolve chargebacks/deductions
Create KPIs, standardize reporting, and build operational dashboards
Support ERP/EDI platform onboarding and system enhancements
Collaborate across Sales, Brands, Distribution, Accounting, and Technology
What you’ll need
8+ years in EDI, order-to-cash, or operations in wholesale, retail, or consumer goods
3+ years directly managing or leading a team with coaching and performance management
Subject matter expertise in order-to-cash with experience building or scaling an operations function
Deep knowledge of EDI transaction sets such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 860, 870, 846, 832, 997
Hands-on EDI platform experience with SPS Commerce, GXS, DSCO, or DIcentral
ERP experience with Full Circle, NetSuite, or SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
