About the role
Sirion seeks a Senior Director of Product Strategy to shape product architecture, category narrative, and commercial strategy for its AI-native contract lifecycle management platform, leveraging deep enterprise software experience.
What you’ll do
Shape the company’s product architecture and category narrative
Define commercial strategy connecting AI and data capabilities to enterprise outcomes
Challenge roadmap assumptions and assess portfolio tradeoffs
Influence multiple product teams without direct ownership
Engage with customers, boards, analysts, partners and public audiences
Develop product packaging, monetization and commercial strategy
What you’ll need
12-18+ years in enterprise software with product strategy, product management, product marketing, category creation or GTM strategy
Proven record creating, repositioning or scaling a software category
Strong fluency in enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, data infrastructure, workflow systems, enterprise content or knowledge systems, or contract intelligence
Sound product judgment to challenge assumptions and influence cross-functional teams
Experience shaping product packaging, monetization or commercial strategy
Excellent executive communication and storytelling
