What you’ll do

• Connect business needs with technology solutions for enterprise transformation initiatives
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Support infrastructure, security, and digital workplace modernization programs
• Facilitate user adoption, training, communication plans, and change readiness assessments

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, IT, security, or digital transformation programs
• Ability to create process maps, workflow diagrams, business requirements documentation, and functional specifications
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; authorized to work in the United States
