About the role
GAMA-1 Technologies seeks a senior Cloud Architect to own and secure a production AWS and EKS platform, lead migrations to a federal multi-account landing zone, and mentor engineers. The role requires deep AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps expertise.
What you’ll do
Own, operate, and secure production AWS and EKS infrastructure and delivery pipelines
Advance the platform's security and compliance posture
Support migration to a federal multi-account landing zone
Mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives
What you’ll need
5+ years web application development and AWS cloud services experience
Experience with serverless, Lambda, EKS, Docker, and microservices
Deep Terraform experience with reusable modules, remote state, and drift management
Production-scale Kubernetes/EKS operations with Helm, autoscaling, ingress, and load balancing
DevSecOps experience with SAST, container/IaC scanning, policy-as-code, and pipeline gates
Working knowledge of FISMA, NIST 800-53, or RMF and ability to obtain a security clearance
