About the role
Vibe.co, an audience-first streaming TV advertising platform, is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to bring Salesforce administration in-house by building and maintaining the instance, supporting integrations, and partnering with go-to-market teams. The role requires 2–4 years of Salesforce admin experience, certification or equivalent, and hands-on use of AI tools in Salesforce work.
What you’ll do
Build and maintain the Salesforce instance
Support integrations with go-to-market tools
Resolve data issues
Partner with go-to-market teams on system requests
Troubleshoot sync breaks between CRM and GTM tools
Document decisions and build rationales
What you’ll need
2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience in a production org
Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience
Experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce flows in a live revenue environment
Familiarity with GTM tools like Outreach, Calendly, or Gong and comfort debugging sync breaks
Hands-on use of Claude or a comparable AI tool in Salesforce work
Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
