LTM seeks a Senior Business Analysis Specialist to refine requirements and design end-to-end technology solutions for payments programs, coordinating with business, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.
What you’ll do
Refine requirements for payments programs
Design end-to-end technology solutions
Support regulatory and business enablement initiatives
Coordinate with business, architecture, and engineering stakeholders
Evaluate technology tradeoffs and conduct architecture reviews
Deliver solutions using API, Kafka, Mainframe, and Database
What you’ll need
5+ years overall experience
Strong domain knowledge in core payments products lifecycle and systems
Experience with payment rails (FedWire, ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, etc.)
Experience using Visio, JIRA, Confluence
Hands-on experience with AI models/tools (Copilot, Claude)
