About the role

What you’ll do

• Partner with the VP of Global Portfolio Strategy, R&D Aesthetics
• Implement organizational priorities across R&D Aesthetics
• Lead strategic and operational planning
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives

What you’ll need

• Advanced degree in a scientific or business field with significant industry experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors
• At least 5 years of expert-level operations management experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, stakeholder management, and ability to foster a high-performance culture in complex, matrixed organizations
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical business operations, global project management, portfolio review, finance, and budgeting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of clinical development strategies, GCP, FDA regulations, and international guidelines
