Internationally recognized expertise in advanced wireless architectures, physical layer design, or radio interface technologies
Active professional network of executive and technical leaders across the global technology ecosystem
World-class record of research contributions and scientific publication
Proven experience establishing, leading, or scaling multi-party research consortia or joint industry-university centers
