About the role

What you’ll do
Administer and optimize the Deltek Costpoint environment
Manage system security, roles, and audit/compliance controls
Troubleshoot issues and provide user support
Lead or support ERP implementations and custom configuration
Perform testing, process monitoring, and documentation
Train users and coordinate with technical and functional teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of progressive IT/ERP systems support experience
8+ years administering Deltek Costpoint with deep module knowledge
Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations and go-lives
Working proficiency in SQL for querying and troubleshooting
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
