The Director of Learning Effectiveness & Capability Impact at Pfizer will define and lead measurement of the commercial learning portfolio, using evaluation methodology and analytics to demonstrate impact and influence senior leadership decisions.

Define success measures and impact methodology for the commercial learning portfolio
Lead behavior- and business-level impact studies
Present evidence-based recommendations to senior leadership
Translate commercial strategy into clear analytical plans
Create frameworks and systems to support, drive, and measure success
Drive measurement and demonstrate impact of learning across the portfolio
What you’ll need
BA/BS degree required; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 8+ years in sales, training, commercial analytics, performance management, or program evaluation
Experience with data analysis, statistical models, and testing methodologies
Demonstrated expertise in evaluation methodology, study design, causal inference, and evidence hierarchies
Ability to translate commercial strategy into analytical plans and create measurement frameworks
Permanent U.S. work authorization required
