About the role
StemWave is hiring a Senior Manager to own and scale IT and business systems, blending hands-on system administration and integrations with strategic leadership, cloud and AI infrastructure, and team building in a high-growth startup environment.
What you’ll do
Own and scale company IT and business systems
Provide hands-on system administration and integration work
Develop IT strategy and systems roadmaps
Lead cloud and AI infrastructure initiatives
Manage and lead the IT and Business Systems team
Support hardware, end-user support, onboarding/offboarding, access and security
What you’ll need
4–6 years of IT leadership including strategy and roadmap building
Hands-on ownership of day-to-day IT operations
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration
2+ years building and supporting integrations with APIs and middleware
Experience with Zapier or similar, Shopify, NetSuite, and AWS
Experience building AI infrastructure or AI-powered workflows
