About the role

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, test, and document software for Predictive Maintenance & Logistics projects
• Implement data processing and sensor integration features
• Develop software interfaces and graphical user interfaces
• Support software across the development lifecycle

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent with 6+ years of agile experience, or 4 years with a graduate degree, or 13 years total
• Experience with Python development and Python libraries/frameworks for data processing, automation, APIs, or applications
• Experience building maintainable production-quality software with modular design, error handling, logging, configuration management, and testing
• Experience with Linux/Windows environments, data formats/interfaces such as JSON/CSV/XML/REST APIs/sockets/message queues, databases, and revision control systems
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues across applications, operating systems, networks, and external interfaces; must obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
• Preference for experience with predictive maintenance, telemetry/sensor data, data analytics/ML, Flask/FastAPI/Django/Dash, embedded Linux/edge compute, and Docker/CI-CD
