iTek People Inc seeks a Senior Product Manager to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Commercial Claims technology platforms, leading payment portfolio and claim data initiatives while driving modernization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
What you’ll do
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Commercial Claims platforms
Lead initiatives across payment portfolio and claim data solutions
Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize work
Drive modernization, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives
Manage program-level backlogs and prioritize business and technical requirements
Create PRDs, Epics, business cases, KPIs, and OKRs
What you’ll need
10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Healthcare/Payer Claims technology
Strong knowledge of Medical, Hospital, and Dental Claims Processing
Expertise in claims adjudication, payment processing, accumulators, and claims reporting
Experience with Payment Portfolio domains: EOBs, ERAs, EFTs, Banking, Customer Reconciliation, and Reporting
Experience with mainframe technologies (COBOL, DB2, CICS) and cloud platforms, data services, AI-enabled solutions
Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and Product Operating Models
