What you’ll do

• Coordinate portfolio inputs across stakeholders, organizations, or project teams
• Review products for quality and consistency
• Track schedules and dependencies
• Synchronize portfolio work with front-office priorities
• Manage suspense-driven workflows and follow-up across contributors
• Coordinate data calls, recurring reviews, and executive support products

What you’ll need

• U.S. citizenship and an active U.S. government Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, program management, defense acquisition, engineering, operations research, policy, communications, or a related field
• Mid-Level: 5+ years or Senior-Level: 8+ years of experience in defense acquisition, program integration, portfolio coordination, military staff operations, test and evaluation, or similar environments
• Experience coordinating inputs across multiple stakeholders, organizations, or project teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to improve clarity, consistency, and usability of multi-contributor products
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration or workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Power BI
