About the role

What you’ll do
Process high volumes of invoices in a fast-paced environment
Perform payment and account reconciliations

Identify and implement improvements to accounts payable workflows
What you’ll need
3-5+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
QuickBooks Desktop experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
Strong understanding of three-way matching, invoice coding, and discrepancy resolution
Bachelor's degree
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments
