About the role
Markel is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead full stack development teams supporting its Wholesale and Specialty policy administration platform, managing IT employees and overseeing application design and delivery on the Microsoft technology stack.

What you’ll need
8-10 years of software development, infrastructure, or project delivery experience
Hands-on experience with Microsoft technology stack including C#/.NET, ASP.NET, REST APIs, and SQL Server
Experience delivering and operating applications in Microsoft Azure
Experience with modern CI/CD practices and tooling such as Azure DevOps or GitHub
Experience with modern front-end development (Angular, React, or Blazor)
