About the role
Incedo is hiring a Fullstack Lead AI Engineer to lead development of an AI-powered platform that validates technical and engineering documentation for telecom fiber and outside-plant workflows, combining full-stack engineering, GenAI agents, and technical leadership.
What you’ll do
Lead hands-on development across front end, Python backend, and GenAI agents
Set engineering direction and review work
Support human review, explainability, and auditability
Mentor engineers
Build an AI-powered platform for validating technical and engineering documentation
What you’ll need
5+ years building and shipping production software
Strong Python development, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Full-stack proficiency in React/TypeScript and backend services
Hands-on GenAI experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures
Experience with agentic frameworks and workflow orchestration such as LangGraph/LangChain or ADK
Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS
