About the role
WellBe Senior Medical seeks an IT Project Manager to lead data project delivery, translating business needs into technical work and coordinating migrations, data quality, and compliance. The remote contract role requires strong data engineering fluency and healthcare data experience.
What you’ll do
Own delivery of the Data team's project portfolio
Translate business needs into executable data work
Coordinate dependencies, migrations, and production readiness
Manage data quality and reconciliation
Ensure security and compliance
Partner with data engineers and analysts on validation and production-readiness
What you’ll need
BS/BA in information systems, data analytics, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of IT project management experience, including 3+ years leading data-platform or analytics delivery
Technical fluency in data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data modeling, and SQL
Experience with healthcare data such as claims, encounters, clinical, eligibility, or risk adjustment
Experience running data migrations or reconciliations with validation sign-off
Agile and Scrum delivery experience in Jira and Confluence
