About the role
ADP seeks a Business Transformation Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs for Lyric, focusing on continuous improvement, operational excellence, process digitization, and sustainable solutions across people, process, and technology.
What you’ll do
Lead and execute large-scale enterprise transformation programs
Develop overall project plan outlining timeline, schedule, roles, and responsibilities
Re-design business processes from the ground up to drive efficiency and innovation
Define problems that are not clearly articulated and develop practical solutions
Collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Challenge the status quo and influence multi-directional relationships
What you’ll need
Deep experience in strategic change management methodologies
Project management experience with tools and methodology
Excellent ability to re-design business processes
Extensive experience in Business Transformation and Process Digitization initiatives
Advanced Microsoft 365 Suite skills
MBA or other advanced degree
