What you’ll do
Build AI agents and agent orchestration systems
Build experimentation tools and user-facing features across the stack
Shape Knit’s core platform architecture
Design clear architectures and write clean, tested Python and TypeScript
Talk to customers and influence the product roadmap
Ship short specs, small PRs, and daily deploys
What you’ll need
Experience with LLM/agent systems, evals, and prompt tooling
Deep knowledge of event-driven systems, streaming, and workflow engines
Expertise in observability, feature flagging, or A/B platforms
Background in enterprise security and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR)
Strong full-stack fundamentals with Python and TypeScript
Proven 0→1 builder at a startup or hyper-growth phase
