About the role
Valley Bank seeks a Head of Commercial Data & Analytics to lead CRM business ownership and build data and measurement capabilities that drive commercial growth. This onsite leadership role manages business analysts and partners with senior leadership to improve data integrity, customer insights, and sales effectiveness.

Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
Experience building and/or managing a high-performing team
Strong understanding of banking processes, relationship selling, and commercial lending workflow
Proven ability to influence and partner at senior leadership level
