About the role

What you’ll do

• Oversee day-to-day execution and delivery of digital marketing and strategic projects for enterprise clients
• Coordinate internal teams and resources, managing timelines, budgets, and project quality
• Manage client communications and expectations
• Ensure delivery aligns with broader client objectives
• Plan and implement kickoff meetings and workshops with minimal supervision
• Run key client meetings and independently manage day-to-day client communications

What you’ll need

• 3–5+ years in Client Services, Account Management, Project Management, or equivalent, preferably in a digital marketing agency
• Experience managing multiple client projects and working directly with client stakeholders
• Minimum Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent professional experience
• Above-average knowledge of Teamwork, Dropbox, Slack, Google products, and other PM tools
• Working knowledge of design processes and disciplines and proficiency in digital marketing practices
• Experience with enterprise-level clients, national brands, franchise organizations, or multi-location businesses is a plus
