15+ years total experience with 5+ years as a Business Analyst
Strong business analysis, agile, and requirements management skills
Ability to write user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
Experience with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, and operations
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, or similar tools
Understanding of exam content lifecycle and assessment/certification platforms
