About the role
Mercedes-Benz USA seeks an IT business systems advisor to act as liaison between end users and IT development teams for Mercedes-Benz Academy applications, managing application lifecycles, requirements, and delivery. The role requires experience in product/project management, learning technologies, and digital transformation, with skills in AI, Power Automate, Jira, and Confluence.
What you’ll do
Serve as liaison between functional end users and IT development teams
Manage application lifecycles for Mercedes-Benz Academy business applications
Develop business requirements and coordinate delivery and operations
Lead projects from conceptualization through implementation
Develop and execute hardware and software test plans and specifications
Support secure, reliable solutions and improve system performance and business outcomes
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, IT, MIS, or related field
Three to five years of relevant experience in product management, project management, application development, or business systems analysis
Experience managing enterprise or learning-technology applications, preferably LMS or digital learning environments
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization
Working knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft Power Automate, Jira, Confluence, and related tools
Strong analytical and technical aptitude to understand complex application ecosystems and integrations
