Review and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents
Build and maintain positive culture and relationships with field employees
What you’ll need
Minimum 5 years of project management or construction management experience in heavy civil, bridge, or transportation construction
Strong project scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and contract administration skills
Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and familiarity with equipment; proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
Plans to obtain PE License
