About the role
Epiq Counsel is looking for a contract Digital Investigations & eDiscovery Specialist to support a global technology company's digital investigations team, handling evidence processing, routine investigative workflows, and case documentation. What you’ll need
2+ years of practical experience with Relativity, including loading files, processing, email threading, highlighting, and creating image sets
1+ year of experience reviewing data collected as part of an eDiscovery process
Experience using a case management system to document case activity, assign tasks, and track key metrics
Excellent written communication skills, including clear, concise emails to investigators and attorneys and precise case notes
Strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage multiple requests and meet SLAs
2+ years of practical experience with Microsoft Purview eDiscovery, including case creation, data holds, searches (including KQL), review sets, and exports
