About the role

What you’ll do

• Connect business stakeholders with technology teams
• Guide application, automation, and AI solutions through discovery, governance, delivery, adoption, and outcomes measurement
• Own the enterprise application and AI intake process
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews and delivery
• Build and deploy AI productivity tools and agents
• Facilitate discovery sessions and requirements workshops

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in business relationship management, technology initiative leadership, product management, business analysis, or related disciplines
• 1-3 years of experience partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to identify needs, shape solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI productivity tools and AI agents in a business or enterprise context
• Knowledge of application delivery lifecycles, governance processes, and technology implementation practices
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
