About the role
SRM Digital is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead enterprise Finance transformation, owning product strategy and roadmaps across Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay while coordinating business and technology teams through delivery and adoption. The role requires deep Finance and ERP transformation expertise, including experience with major enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sale
What you’ll do
Own Finance product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and outcomes
Lead enterprise Finance transformation across Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay
Coordinate business and technology teams through solution definition, delivery, and adoption
Define and influence a multi-year product/transformation roadmap
Engage with senior executives and business stakeholders in complex, global organizations
Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and delivery
What you’ll need
15+ years of experience in Senior Product Management / Product Ownership and Finance transformation
Deep expertise across OTC, RTR, and PTP processes and interdependencies
Proven experience leading large-scale Finance, ERP, or business transformation initiatives
Strong Agile/Scrum product management experience
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or other enterprise Finance/ERP/CRM platforms
Experience in ERP modernization, Finance operating-model transformation, automation/AI/GenAI/analytics
