What you’ll do

Establish KPIs, operational scorecards, and performance management frameworks

What you’ll need
5+ years in partner operations, business operations, customer success operations, program management, or related field
Experience building, implementing, and optimizing operational processes in a growing business
Strong project and program management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated cross-functional stakeholder influence and alignment
Analytical skills translating operational data into actionable insights
Current authorization to work in the United States
