What you’ll do

Maintain client IT systems

Plan, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot workstation, server, and cloud solutions
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining SLAs
What you’ll need
3+ years of related client service experience
Strong working knowledge of desktop, server, networking, cloud, and business applications
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online
Experience with RMM platforms (N-able, LogicMonitor)
Knowledge of backup/disaster recovery and virtualization (vSphere, Hyper-V)
