About the role

What you’ll do
Own the full accounts payable function
Process invoices and manage vendor relationships

What you’ll need
3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, SAP, or comparable ERP systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Understanding of AP best practices such as three-way match, approval workflows, and payment controls
Experience preparing and filing 1099 forms
Ability to manage high invoice volumes accurately and independently with minimal supervision
