What you’ll do
Operate and maintain high-volume backend services
Improve services supporting generative and interactive listening experiences
Triage incidents using runbooks, dashboards, and logs
Monitor and alert production systems
Write clear documentation and improve system maintainability
Use AI coding tools for maintenance and migration work
What you’ll need
Experience operating distributed, high-volume backend services in production
Hands-on Java backend service experience
Monitoring and alerting with PagerDuty, Grafana, and Prometheus/PromQL
Comfort triaging incidents on systems you did not build
Clear written and verbal communication
Strong prioritization and cross-team collaboration
