About the role
Conexus is building a Salesforce practice for life sciences clients. This architect will own technical solution design, lead discovery and migration efforts, establish practice standards, and guide technical delivery across client engagements.
What you’ll do
Own technical solution design and hands-on implementation
Lead technical discovery and migration architecture
Establish practice standards
Provide technical direction across client engagements
Run design workshops and present to senior stakeholders
Work across concurrent accounts
What you’ll need
7+ years on Salesforce platform, including 3+ years as Solutions Architect or equivalent lead design role
End-to-end solution design on enterprise Salesforce implementations, including data modeling, sharing/visibility, and integration design
Hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, REST/SOAP integration patterns, and release/deployment tooling
Experience leading data migration and system consolidation, including mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and cutover planning
Consulting/professional services background with client-facing workshops and senior stakeholder presentations
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
