About the role
Deltek seeks a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead adoption strategies for enterprise-scale transformation and technology initiatives, including AI and automation. The role partners with client stakeholders and project teams to drive change through assessments, communication, training, coaching, and adoption measurement.
What you’ll do

Partner with client stakeholders and project teams to support adoption of AI and automation
Conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and impact assessments
Develop communication and training strategies
Coach senior client stakeholders and project leadership
Measure and track adoption of changes
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or related field; Master's preferred
7+ years leading change management on complex enterprise-scale transformation or technology implementation projects
Expertise in change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR and Kotter with formal certification
Proven ability to conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and impact assessments
Experience developing communication and training strategies and coaching senior stakeholders
Consulting experience with ERP/enterprise software, project-based industries, and AI/automation initiatives
