What you’ll do
Provide expert-level Systems Engineering Technical Advisor support within the Ground Enterprise Directorate
Advise Government leaders on enterprise requirements, change requests, and technical governance
Coordinate cross-system assessments and engineering reviews
Evaluate complex cross-system dependencies
Facilitate technical reviews, ERBs, or Configuration Control Boards
Support interface management, enterprise integration, and system modernization efforts
What you’ll need
Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
Bachelor's degree plus 10-12 years experience, Master's with 8-10 years, or PhD with 5-7 years, or equivalent experience
Extensive background supporting complex, highly integrated systems or system-of-systems environments
Proven track record in requirements development/traceability and engineering change processes
Experience facilitating technical reviews, ERBs, or Configuration Control Boards
Experience supporting Intelligence Community or DoD ground systems and architectures
