What you’ll do
Set enterprise architecture direction for passenger travel experience technology
Guide technology investments, governance, roadmaps, and cross-domain solutions
Align digital technology with business strategy and passenger needs
Direct significantly complex architecture initiatives over $7 million
Manage multiple architecture engagements and cross-functional teams
Contribute to the architecture profession and development of architects
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 13+ years relevant experience
At least 5 years in a Principal or Senior Principal Architect role within a large, complex enterprise
Expertise in passenger-experience architecture across stations, digital channels, onboard services, and operational environments
Experience architecting unified communications, public address, intercom, emergency communications, and passenger information displays
Proven experience with onboard information systems and food & beverage technology
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills across matrixed stakeholders
