About the role
Insight Global is hiring a remote Planning Product Manager to define new Unified Communications and video experiences by translating customer and business needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and launch plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
Support discovery, feasibility, and definition of new Unified Communications and video experiences
Translate customer and business needs into product requirements and roadmap recommendations
Lead product planning initiatives
Support product lifecycle and go-to-market readiness
Partner with software, hardware, UX/design, and engineering teams
What you’ll need
4–7 years of experience in product management, product planning, product development, engineering, or a related field
Experience translating customer and business needs into requirements, user stories, feature priorities, and roadmaps
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum and experience with cross-functional technical teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and presentation skills
Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field
Experience with UC/UCC, enterprise video/audio solutions, APIs, or collaboration technologies
