What you’ll do
Process incoming financial transactions and post payments to customer accounts
Research and resolve unapplied or misapplied payments
Reconcile discrepancies and maintain account records
Support audits and track key performance metrics

What you’ll need
2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
ERP system experience (PeopleSoft preferred)
ServiceNow or case management system experience
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience leading a project or providing functional support
Experience in documenting processes and training
