Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years progressive experience in Lean, operational excellence, product management, strategy, business operations, or related
Practical experience with Lean fundamentals like kaizen, structured problem solving, process mapping, standard work, PDCA
Experience partnering across functions and influencing without authority
English fluency
Legal authorization to work in the United States
