What you’ll do
Advise senior leaders on hiring strategy for Product and Engineering
Own complex and hard-to-fill searches end-to-end
Strengthen assessment practices to evaluate technical and product talent
Use recruiting data and market signals to diagnose and improve hiring outcomes
Engage and build relationships with passive candidates
Drive scaling of the Product and Engineering organization across SF and NY hubs
What you’ll need
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 4+ years in technical roles
Track record of closing senior and hard-to-fill searches
Deep knowledge of Bay Area and New York tech ecosystems
Ability to challenge leaders constructively with data and judgment
Strong assessment skills for technical and product talent
Strong sourcing and relationship-building abilities
