About the role

What you’ll do
Lead discovery and workflow analysis for payer/provider clients
Design Salesforce-based solutions for healthcare workflows
Support integrations with EHRs, claims systems, and patient portals
Manage project workstreams with minimal supervision
Bridge communication between technical, administrative, and clinical teams
Improve care delivery, patient access, member engagement, and digital health operations
What you’ll need
5-7 years of total experience with at least 2 years in consulting
Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud
Active Salesforce Administrator certification
Knowledge of healthcare data models, HIPAA, FHIR/HL7, and APIs
Full-time permanent US work authorization
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
