About the role

What you’ll do
Build Salesforce solutions to improve servicing agents' customer support experiences
Establish and integrate a new Salesforce instance with enterprise applications
Design data architecture balancing storage, API traffic, and system synchronization
Implement outbound and inbound API integrations
Configure encryption, security profiles, permissions, monitoring, and disaster recovery using Own
Promote and apply best practices for Salesforce solutions and integrations
What you’ll need
4-6 years of Salesforce experience
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and related technologies such as Own
Deep understanding of integrating Salesforce with enterprise technologies across Azure and AWS
Knowledge of Apex triggers, classes, Flows, Scheduled jobs, Cases, and Service Cloud processes
Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field preferred
