About the role
We are seeking an AI & ML Ops Engineer to build, deploy, and support production AI/ML applications, managing lifecycle operations including orchestration, governance, and monitoring. The role requires experience in MLOps, cloud, and DevOps, with a focus on healthcare data and enterprise security.
What you’ll do
Build, deploy, and support production AI/ML applications and services
Manage model and application lifecycle operations including orchestration, releases, and governance
Implement monitoring, metrics, alerts, and operational diagnostics
Ensure enterprise security controls and reliability
Integrate model services with enterprise-managed pipelines and APIs
Collaborate with data scientists, clinicians, and cross-functional teams
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or MLOps
Proficiency in Python or another modern programming language
Hands-on experience deploying and operating machine-learning models in production
Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud environments
Knowledge of healthcare data standards and PHI/PII handling
