8+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or hardware/software co-design
5+ years of experience in ML systems, architecture, performance modeling, or simulation frameworks
Experience with ML frameworks (JAX, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and LLM inference/training workloads
5+ years of technical leadership experience setting technical direction
Experience with accelerator programming, ML compilers, and system-level performance analysis
