What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience configuring and administering ServiceNow Service Catalog items
Understanding of Cloud Provisioning and integration with cloud service providers
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Perl, and PowerShell
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
ServiceNow System Administrator certification, Integration Hub experience, and ITIL knowledge are preferred or pluses
