What you’ll do
Set product strategy for the Templating Service and its evolution for enterprise customers
Guide delivery of templates and a redesigned location and asset hierarchy
Sequence multi-year foundational work while shipping customer-visible value every quarter
Run design-partner sessions and let evidence overrule opinion
Reason about cascade/override policies, hierarchy schemas, cardinality, and migration states with staff engineers as a peer
What you’ll need
10+ years in product management
5+ years of platform or core-product work at an enterprise SaaS company
Deep systems thinking with entity models, permissioning, and configuration frameworks
Real discovery motion with design-partner sessions
Track record sequencing multi-year foundational work while shipping customer-visible value every quarter
CMMS, EAM, or industrial operations background
