About the role

What you’ll do
Own full-cycle recruiting across US practices
Lead sourcing outreach and campaigns
Partner with hiring managers
Maintain recruiting communication standards
Implement AI-enabled sourcing and screening
Run intake, calibration, and difficult conversations with executives
What you’ll need
Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end, including senior and principal level engineering hires in the US
Authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship
Can write outreach, candidate communication, and executive updates ready to send without revision
Fluent with LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sequencing
Hands-on Greenhouse experience with CRM campaigns, prospect pools, scorecards, and reporting
Comfortable running intake, calibration, and difficult conversations with executives; can turn conversion and funnel data into defended decisions
