What you’ll need
Experience taking full-stack products from zero to one
Ability to work across the stack and iterate end to end
Experience building long-running durable complex workflows that survive retries and partial failures
Deep knowledge of the literature and creative application
Ability to design benchmarks that truly measure real-world outcomes
Deep empathy for deployment users and responsibility for their outcomes
