About the role
Aeon is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with the CTO and drive cross-functional programs for advanced defense systems from development through production. The role requires U.S. person status under ITAR and experience with complex hardware programs in aerospace, defense, or robotics.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline
7+ years of experience in technical program management, systems engineering, product development, manufacturing, or engineering leadership
Experience supporting complex hardware systems in aerospace, defense, robotics, automotive, or advanced manufacturing
Strong understanding of engineering development processes, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing operations
Proven experience leading cross-functional programs and communicating with executives
Requires U.S. person status under ITAR
